Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

Order Cut-Off Time :
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email after placing your order
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched

Shipping Fees

We offer flat-rate shipping based on destination:

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: $9 CAD
  • 🇺🇸 United States: $15 CAD
  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: $25 CAD
  • 🇪🇺 Europe (EU countries): $25 CAD

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days
  • United States: 4–8 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • European Union: 5–12 business days

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you do not receive tracking details within 4 business days, please contact us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders outside Canada, additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping fee.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information, including apartment or unit numbers where applicable.

Failure to include full address details (e.g., unit numbers) may result in delivery issues.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal upon delivery

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
